A two-story barn building, once a humble storage facility, revitalized into an open plan office with reception area, sustainable toilet, mezzanine conference area and garden terraces that boasts cutting-edge eco-friendly features and sleek modern design.

Sustainable elements include PV panels, rain recycled toilet, vacuum water tube heating, green wall, and displacement ventilation.

The building acts as a point of interest and gateway at the entrance of the DeSheng Creative Park.
