New Street Redevelopment

Concept Design for the redevelopment of a 4-storey commercial building with a podium.
The design features a modern and inviting facade juxtaposing horizontal strips of brick veneer cladding with vertical silver-grey aluminum and glazing modules. The glazing modules are highlighted with protruding signage strips to improve wayfinding and branding for the building along a narrow street.
The addition of a lift ensures easy access for tenants and visitors.
