Social Enterprise – Light Village

Concept design of a non-profit communal village that provides comfortable living and landscaped spaces at low-cost and short site work duration. The village utilizes Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) units stacked 3-4 storeys, and the massing is arranged to create a spacious central courtyard, perfect for hosting community events and promoting social interaction.
