A transformation of two 1960’s eight-storey buildings into service apartments and retail outlets by adopting a cost effective and minimalist Art Deco style design that pays tribute to the era’s iconic architecture while also providing modern comforts and amenities.

The façade and apartment interiors feature geometric shapes, clean lines, and metallic accents. The use of retro, ornate motifs and decorative details add a touch of luxury and sophistication to the overall design, completed by a custom rooftop garden deck.
