Mindset Place

Design and Construction Administration for the conversion of a 6 Storey building into a supportive home for the mentally disabled that meets their unique needs. The project is a successful collaboration between Mindset, a non-profit organization and a student design team from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, with the support of Gammon Construction as the advisor for the sustainable construction know-hows and materials. The goal was to create a safe and unassuming yet homey and welcoming space that fosters independence, group activities for socialization, and hobbies for the recovery of the patients and personal growth. HK$ 4m
