Architectural design and design auditor for three offices and warehouse buildings for an international logistic centre at the outskirts of Shanghai, spanning a total area of 100,000 sqm.
These buildings were designed to meet the needs of modern businesses while minimizing environmental impact. The use of minimal grey aluminium cladding on the façade gives the buildings a sleek and contemporary look, and a central spiral ramp connects the different building blocks housing various functional spaces. This feature not only provides easy access for delivery trunks to the multi-level storage zones with loading and unloading docks, but also creates a visual focal point that adds to the aesthetic appeal of the overall structure.
The project was awarded the LEED gold rating for Core and Shell.
